We have ongoing review activities to improve our performance in all areas. Specific areas that we are currently addressing as a result of this years survey include:

  1. A review of our documentation and training services
  2. A review of the Purchase Management solution functionality and ease of use, however we expect a significantly improved result in this area with the release of PM V3.5
  3. Strengthened project management controls

We are very happy with the results of last year's survey, however we aim to do better this year.
