We have ongoing review activities to improve our performance in all areas. Specific areas that we are currently addressing as a result of this years survey include:
- A review of our documentation and training services
- A review of the Purchase Management solution functionality and ease of use, however we expect a significantly improved result in this area with the release of PM V3.5
- Strengthened project management controls
We are very happy with the results of last year's survey, however we aim to do better this year.
