Shared Service for Government Departments of Health, Families & Communities & Disibilities SA

A South Australian Governmental shared service processes invoices for the Department of Health, the Department for Families and Communities and Disability SA. The system is connected to two separate ERP systems and processes more than 20,000 invoices per month

Star Track Express

Star Track Express can reliably move more than 140,000 boxes overnight between tens of thousands of different locations. Yet before its Purchase to Pay project, it had great difficulty moving 500 invoices each day between branches and the accounts payable department.

Jeff Monico, the National Financial Systems Manager at Star Track Express commented "Since implementing the purchase to pay solution, our invoice volumes have grown by 30 per cent, however we can now process these more efficiently and haven't had to increase the number of staff in our accounts payable team."

Hoyts Cinemas

Hoyts Cinemas contracted TAG Services to provide a solution to streamline accounts payable across their network of Australian Cinemas.

Libby Starr, Finance & Administration Manager at Hoyts commented: "TAG Services installed the system at Hoyts in March 2003 and we haven't looked back since! Our accounts payable team used to spend a lot of time sorting through piles of paper, dealing with suppliers when invoices didn't reach the A/P department and they had a hard time sticking to the service level agreement we had with our internal customers. With the installation of BasWare IP, this all changed. The increase in accounts payable efficiency was astronomical and now we can be more proactive with our suppliers".
